Raspberry on one half, salty licorice on the other, which is a more Swedish combination than it sounds: salmiak and fruit belong together at home the way salted caramel does elsewhere. Ammonium chloride and licorice extract are both on the label, so the salt side is the real thing rather than a flavoring. The foam is the usual Bubs density, slow to chew and slow to finish. Color comes from black carrot concentrate. Nothing on the ingredient list comes from an animal. 155g.
