Fizzy is the sherbet-coated member of the family: a sugar and acid shell that tingles as it dissolves, then a chewy gummy underneath. The fizz comes from the same acid and carbonate pairing that makes sherbet work, which is why it feels like it is doing something on your tongue. Color is a mix of concentrates and added colors, spirulina and blackcurrant among them. The label names gelatin and carmine, so these are not vegetarian. 130g bag.
