Supersur is the super sour edition, and the label does not hide how it gets there: three separate acids, plus a sodium carbonate buffer to stop the sourness flattening the fruit underneath. The result is sharp at the front and properly fruity behind it, which is the Swedish approach to sour candy in general. Color comes from black carrot, blackcurrant, spirulina and safflower concentrates. Gelatin and carmine are on the list, so these are not vegetarian. 130g bag.
