Sockerbit Candy: What They Sell, and Where to Build Your Own Mix

The short answer: Sockerbit is one of the best known Swedish candy brands in the US. It started in New York in 2010, is now based in Los Angeles, and sells its candy in Target stores across the country. Online, Sockerbit sells each candy in its own fixed bag, plus a set of ready-made mixes. If you would rather build your own bag of Swedish candy piece by piece, from 130+ candies in one bag, that is what we do at Pim's in Boca Raton.

Here is what Sockerbit offers as of October 2026, and when each option makes sense.

What Sockerbit sells online

• Single candies in fixed bags. Each candy comes in its own bag: 1/4 lb for $4.50, 1/2 lb, or 1 lb, which is $16.99 for most candies.
• Ready-made mixes. Sweet, Sour, Sweet & Sour, Licorice, Marshmallow and gelatin-free versions, at $12 for 1/2 lb and $20 for 1 lb.
• Pouches and gift boxes. 8 oz mix pouches, small snack bags, and gift boxes from $20.
• A subscription. Mixes and pouches delivered every 30, 60 or 90 days at 15% off.

Their site also has filters for vegan, gluten-free and gelatin-free candy.

Sockerbit at Target

Target started carrying Sockerbit in November 2025 in about 1,600 stores, and the brand has added stores since. Target sells Sockerbit's packaged pouches, such as the Sweet Mix and Sour Mix, not loose pick and mix. In late September 2026 Sockerbit also began testing pick and mix displays in 17 Sprouts stores in California and Florida.

How Pim's is different

The difference is how you build the bag. At Sockerbit you buy each candy in its own bag or pick a ready-made mix. At Pim's you pick every piece yourself: a few BUBS skulls, some sour cola bottles, a couple of licorice pieces, all in one bag, weighed and priced at $18.95 a pound. Loose candy has a 1/2 lb minimum, and shipping is free over $50 in the continental US.

So it comes down to what you want. If you want one candy by the pound, Sockerbit's single bags are a good price. If you want twenty different candies in one bag, a pick and mix wall is the better fit. Our BUBS candy and sour candy shelves are good places to start.
